It is Irine Fokine School of Ballet 60th Anniversary We will celebrate this milestone with two separate performances.   MARK YOUR CALENDARS & SAVE THE DATES   Our Annual Spring Concert will be held on Sunday, May 23 at 5:00 pm at the Benjamin Franklin Middle School in Ridgewood and the Kasschau Memorial Shell performance Tuesday, July 13 at 8:30 pm.   To participate in the performances, the charge will be $250.00.  This will include additional rehearsal times, one costume and 10 tickets at $20.00 each for the May 23 performance.  We suggest you try to sell some of your tickets to friends and relatives to defray your cost, build up the audience and have people admire the hard working dancers.   The annual performance at the Kasschau Memorial Shell, for the last 52 years, is open to the audience so there is no cost involved.    A recital is a way to make the young students find an outlet for their hard work in class.  The show brings a great deal of joy to all of us.   The rehearsals will start on Saturday, March 13th.  The attendance at the rehearsal and the weekly classes are very important to make the ballet a success and have the students be at their best.   In case of illness, please call the studio at 201-652-9653 at least an hour before the rehearsal.
